L'Union sociale pour l’habitat

L'Union sociale pour l'habitatL'Union sociale pour l’habitat (USH, Verband der französischen Sozialwohnungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Paris) wurde 1925 gegründet. Der Verband umfasst ca. 820 Sozialwohnungsunternehmen.

Einige Sozialwohnungsunternehmen verwalten mehr als 4 Millionen vermietete Wohnungen und bauen 60.000 neue Mietwohnungen jährlich. Die übrigen verbundenen Unternehmen haben insgesamt 1.400.000 Wohnungen gebaut und verkauft.

Zu den direkten Mitgliedern des Verbandes Union sociale pour l’habitat zählen: „Offices de l’Habitat”, „Entreprises Sociales de l’Habitat”, „Chambre syndicale des Sociétés Anonymes de Crédits immobiliers de France”, „Fédération Nationale des Sociétés Coopératives” und „Fédération nationale des Associations Régionales”.

Der Verband L'Union sociale pour l’habitat gehört zum CECODHAS (Europäischer Verbindungsausschuss zur Koordinierung der sozialen Wohnungswirtschaft), der ein Dachverband für europäische Verbände der Sozialwohnungsunternehmen ist.
